The Boat House of Whitewater Service Department is seeking an experienced Marine Technician to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair services on marine engines, propulsion systems, and related components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a variety of marine vessels.
- Perform installations, upgrades, and modifications to enhance the performance of marine systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts used and work performed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marine Technician with expertise in marine engine systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong knowledge of various marine vessels, including boats, yachts, and other watercraft.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in diverse environments.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel to different locations for on-site services.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Previous Marine Engines & Boat Repair Experience in a marine dealership environment.
Skills
Preferred skills include:
- Proficiency in marine vessel diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Experience with marine vessel modifications and upgrades.
- Knowledge of marine vessel safety regulations.

Pay and Schedule
The Boat House offers a competitive compensation package with the potential to earn up to $60-80K for certified technicians.
