• Diagnose and troubleshoot effectively
• Outboard engine experience
• Fast-paced work environment with strong time management skills
• Customer service oriented
• Inboard/outboard engine and outdrive experience

• Thorough knowledge of 12-volt electrical systems
• Team player

Requirements

• Previous Marine Engines & Boat Repair Experience in a marine dealership environment
• At least 3 years of experience in a service and repair department

Pay and Schedule

• Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
• Better than competitive package with potential to earn up to 60-80K for Master certified technicians
