Marine Technical Senior Specialist

Role Overview: Provide technical service support, education, and problem resolution to marine dealers to enhance customer satisfaction. Travel to dealers to improve service efforts, educate personnel on policies, procedures, and technical aspects of Honda Marine products, and serve as a primary liaison to resolve customer issues promptly. Support technical activities, gather marketplace feedback to inform future product development, and assist with Techline activities.
