Marine Technical Senior Specialist

Conduct dealer visits to improve service efforts, educate personnel on Honda Marine policies and product technicalities, and support activities like Techline. Serve as the primary liaison to resolve customer issues promptly and gather marketplace feedback for product improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support dealers and retail customers with technical expertise
• Deliver technical training and motivate dealership personnel
• Assist with specialized projects and Techline calls
• Build understanding of Honda Marine operations and dealer responsibilities
• Resolve customer relations issues efficiently

Qualifications & Skills

• College diploma in business or technical field or relevant experience
• Minimum three years of technical experience and two years of management in marine or related industry
• Strong knowledge of marine engines, drive lines, diagnosis, and repairs
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with technical equipment and Microsoft Office
