MARINE SURVEYOR IN ANCONA

About the role

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Marine Surveyor to join our Technical Surveying & Project Management Department. After an initial onboarding period in our office in Viareggio, the position will be mainly based in Ancona.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct technical surveys to the highest industry standards.
• Monitor new build and refit projects from contract signing to final delivery.
• Collaborate with leading surveyors and department heads to ensure technical compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years in one of the following roles:
• Surveyor for a Classification Society, Flag State, or private surveying company (cargo or super yachts)
• Part of the production department of a superyacht yard
• Engineer Officer on merchant ships or super yachts (minimum three years at sea)

Additionally – Good spoken and written English – Strong analytical and IT skills (MS Office, database systems) – Willingness to travel frequently on short notice (Italy and worldwide)
