Job Requirements

  • Read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, bills of material, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Assemble complex mechanical and electromechanical products according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Perform fitting, alignment, fastening, adjustment, and final assembly operations.
  • Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment.
  • Perform deburring, cleaning, painting, marking, labeling, and finishing operations.
  • Safely move and position materials, components, and assemblies.
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment following required training and certification.
  • Complete production paperwork, inspection reports, and quality records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and company software systems as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED Equivalent

Skills

  • Proficiency in assembly and inspection of mechanical and electromechanical products.
  • Knowledge of precision measuring equipment and safety protocols.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
