Marina Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Utilize experience with daily operations and administrative data to ensure property teams meet short- and long-term goals.
• Lead and manage employees in implementing business plans.
• Achieve defined performance objectives for Marina Operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property and equipment conditions and required maintenance.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversight and assistance in property expansion and improvement programs.
• Affirm safe and secure operations for customers and employees.
• Safely operate and train on a 20,000LB Marine forklift in a busy Marina environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marina operations.
• Ability to operate and train on Marina equipment and boat handling.
• Ability to analyze operations and recommend improvements.
• Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
