About the role
The Marina General Manager position at the New Bern Grand Marina is an exciting opportunity to lead a newly acquired marina within the growing portfolio of Founders 3, a leader in professional marina management and consulting services.
Responsibilities
- Supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the staff to ensure safe, smooth wet slip docking, fueling, maintenance and housekeeping.
- Oversee grounds, equipment and building maintenance to ensure the property is in excellent condition and exceeds customers' expectations.
- Ensure an adequate inventory of all supplies needed to maintain the standards of the property.
- Oversee winterization of docks, fuel dock, pool area and buildings.
- Assist in hiring, evaluating employee performance, motivating, and coaching employees, and addressing customer or tenant concerns.
- Partnering closely with the Marina Leadership team to deliver budgets, objectives, and overall progress of the Marina.
