About the role

I’ll be joining the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and MUSC Hollings Cancer Center as a tenure-track Assistant Professor at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC).

Responsibilities

• Conducting research and collaborating with colleagues to investigate the causes and mechanisms that contribute to disparities in substance use and addiction, specifically tobacco use, among underserved populations.

• PhD in Psychology, Neuroscience, Public Health, or related field.
• Strong publication record in relevant fields.
• Experience in substance use and addiction research.
• Interest in disparities research among underserved populations.
