Propelis has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker) in Appleton, WI. This is an entry-level role requiring no prior manufacturing experience. Propelis provides fully paid, on-the-job training to help you succeed in our team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple aspects of Propelis' unique manufacturing process in a climate-controlled environment
• Participate in two separate performance/wage reviews within the first year of employment
• Grow and advance based on individual performance

Schedule

Working in a climate-controlled environment, you will have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of Propelis' unique manufacturing process. Positioning material may require assistance from carts and overhead cranes. Standing/walking for the majority of the shift is expected.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 65 lbs.
• Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
• Standing/walking for the majority of the shift
• Close vision for inspection of work
• Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts

Education & Experience

• No manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Pay

The U.S. pay range for this position is $22 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
