About the role
Entry-level role requiring NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing. Starting pay is $21/hour with two, 50-cent increases over the first year if the employee passes competency assessments.
Responsibilities
- Fully paid, on-the-job training for success in a team-oriented environment
- Learn multiple aspects of a unique manufacturing process
- Two separate performance/wage reviews within the first year of employment
