Manufacturing Test Engineering Technician

Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair manufacturing test equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and computer-based systems.
- Support production by quickly resolving equipment issues and minimizing downtime.
- Help build, install, and validate new test systems.
- Aid in calibrations, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and equipment records.
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Maintenance teams.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent technical experience in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Computer Systems Technology, Industrial Technology, or related technical field.
- 3+ years supporting manufacturing test equipment, automated systems, or similar equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Experience using tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Experience
- Medical device or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Automated test equipment (ATE).
- National Instruments (NI), LabVIEW, or TestStand.
- Equipment validation and qualification activities.
- SAP, Agile PLM, or maintenance tracking systems.
- Test fixture builds, wiring, and cable assembly.

Pay
The estimated base salary for this position is $54,400 - $74,800 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
