Manufacturing Technician Team Lead - Full Time

About the role

Lake Country Manufacturing, Inc is looking for a Manufacturing Technician Team Lead. This position requires a reliable and adaptable manufacturing team member who can also help with mechanical work with machines as needed. The work is not physically demanding and employees are rotated and cross-trained on all stations regularly to increase productivity and efficiency.

Essential Responsibilities

• Exhibiting the core values of Lake Country Manufacturing (Learning, Trust, Family, Teamwork, Entrepreneurial Spirit)
• Executing supervisor’s daily work instructions in a timely manner
• Mechanical and Machine Repair (must have work history in machine repair)
• Maintaining high quality standards while meeting or exceeding productivity goals
• Lifting and carrying materials (up to 50lbs.) as needed
• Operating material handling equipment safely in tight quarters
• Maintaining the work area keeping it clean, safe, and organized

Requirements

• Strong basic mathematics skills
• The ability to effectively utilize basic measuring devices
• Able to learn each machine and troubleshoot the machines to keep them operational
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Pay and Schedule

• Pay Rate: $20 / Hour - bi-weekly pay
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hrs: Monday - Friday: 7:00AM – 3:30PM + with the possibility of Over Time when needed
