• Operating machines or handling materials in the production environment
• Cross training to different areas to increase skill level

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite, Outlook)
• 6-12 months experience or equivalent of education and experience, but willing to train
• Experience in manufacturing/agriculture is a plus
• Motivated candidates who are eager to learn
• Able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment standing for long periods of time
• Able to demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving (basic mechanical and mathematical aptitude), and effective communication skills
