1st Shift Manufacturing Team Member - Full Time

About the role

Lake Country Manufacturing, Inc is looking for a reliable and adaptable general labor worker with strong work ethics and an eye for quality. The work is not physically demanding, requiring employees to stand or sit depending on station for 8-10 hours daily. Employees are rotated and cross-trained on different stations regularly to increase productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily work instructions received from supervisor in a timely manner.
• Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Must have strong basic mathematics skills.
• Able to learn multiple machines operations and work well with others.
• Must be able to effectively utilize basic measuring devices. Read a ruler to 1/16" and 3/4".
• Lift and carry merchandise as needed. Materials can weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Operate manual material handling equipment such as hand jacks and wheeled carts safely.
• Maintain the work area clean, safe, and organized.

Requirements

Hiring is contingent upon passing a drug test and background check. Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay

This position is starting at $17 per hour.

Schedule

The full-time shift is 8 Hour Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM. We do currently have opportunities for overtime work, which is typically optional time. 7:00AM to 6:00PM. Hours: 40 hours per week.
