Responsibilities
- Report equipment failures, analyze performance data, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Diagnose issues and develop root cause corrective actions for refrigeration, plumbing, and air compressor systems.
- Identify recurring failure trends and recommend proactive maintenance strategies to prevent future issues.
- Maintain advanced technical expertise in troubleshooting and servicing mechanical and electrical systems.
- Mentor and train technicians in key competency areas; develop and standardize procedures and best practices.
- Lead mechanical and electrical repair efforts, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance activities.
- Provide on-call support for maintenance needs, including troubleshooting, repairs, and technical guidance.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- Technical Certification (Refrigeration, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLC, Six Sigma)
- 5+ years experience in maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- 5+ years mechanical and electrical skills
- 5+ years strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office
- Experience with PLC systems, drives, and HMIs
- Working knowledge of plumbing systems
- Experience with refrigeration systems
