Position Overview
Maintain records manually and within SAP, contributing to the achievement of department goals to meet 100% customer service.
Analyze the processes to determine next steps to be taken and to ensure all previous steps are complete.
Communicate and document processes in a multi-task, multi-shift operation.
Required Qualifications
- Acceptable attendance
- Mets standards in overall performance rating in most recent performance review
- Excellent numerical skills
- Knowledge of weights and measures and the ability to compare them
- Ability to lift 100 lbs. and roll a 300 lb. drum
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be detailed-oriented and able to multi-task
- Ability and drive to make process improvement/change
- One – two years of production/manufacturing experience
- Operates a stand-up rider forklift
- Demonstrated ability to perform work-related duties in a safe manner
- Must be flexible and adaptable to business needs including flexibility with shift and workday assignments to support business need. Including ability to work overtime/weekends required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of weights and measures and the ability to compare them
- Familiarity with production documents
- Some mechanical experience
- SAP & PC experience

Pay
Base Salary: $19.73 - $29.59
This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Dividend Program.
