Responsibilities
- Conduct tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products.
- Use a variety of test equipment and log information in technical databases.
- Basic troubleshooting skills are desired.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.
- Traverse the production floor for up to 12 hours during their shift.
Qualifications
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary/Associate's Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory; an Associate's degree (technical discipline) is preferred.
- Electronics or RF/Digital Troubleshooting Experience is preferred.
- Experience with L3Harris RFCD products and assembly processes is preferred.
- Able to perform LabVIEW-driven automated tests.
- Familiar with basic test equipment, such as signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, and spectrum analyzers.
- Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams.
- Familiarity with MS Office programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- One year of experience should include troubleshooting product, subassembly, and diagnosing circuit board failures to the component level.
- One year of experience with multimeters.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $41,500 - $76,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
