Manufacturing Technician 2 - 2nd shift

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician 2 at the Broadway site, you will set up and prepare products according to current manufacturing procedures, clean equipment and manufacturing suites after production, complete batch records during production, and consistently follow all safety and quality policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate processing equipment, including filter integrity testers, pumps, autoclaves, and high-throughput bag lines.
• Perform production operations, such as aseptic gowning, hand-filling, equipment prep, and in-process assays.
• Execute and document batch records in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness of logbooks and compliance with quality guidelines.
• Coordinate material flow, including delivery of products to the warehouse using motorized pallet jacks and proper labeling of in-process items.
• Clean equipment and work areas, manage waste disposal, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Communicate production status and deviations, escalate issues to supervisors, and support Manufacturing Tech 1 activities.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures, participate in required training, and take corrective action to resolve unsafe conditions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge in chemistry, mathematics, and science.
• Experience with safe chemical handling methods.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Good computer, mechanical, troubleshooting, and organization skills.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.

Pay

Pay range for this position: $20 – $32 per hour. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
