Manufacturing Tech III (Second Shift)
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Tech III to join our THAAD factory team. The successful candidate will assemble complex mechanical systems in a cleanroom environment, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts for electromechanical assemblies
- Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment, including workstations, tools, and assembly equipment
- Follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain a cleanroom environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality
- Read and follow manufacturing processes and drawings
- Utilize fixturing to accurately build assemblies
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of assembly experience
- Ability to lift 20-40 lbs
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Experience working with large, complex builds
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and quality
- Experience reading and interpreting work instructions and mechanical drawings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cleanroom equipment, including workstations, tools, and assembly equipment
- Experience with lean manufacturing tools, including 5S and visual management
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and procedures, including gowning, cleaning, and sanitizing
- Ability to possess and handle energetics
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $57,319 - $91,710. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
Schedule
Monday-Thursday, 2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
