Manufacturing Systems Manager
About the role
At Stoke, we're building Nova, a fully and rapidly reusable launch vehicle designed to reduce costs, increase availability, and improve reliability in the space industry. This role involves leading the integration and adoption of Boltline systems to support Stoke's business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop deep knowledge of Stoke's business goals and translate them into actionable strategies for Boltline.
Serve as a strategic partner, advocating for Stoke's needs and constraints to Boltline's product team.
Build trusted relationships with plant leaders, functional VPs, and shop-floor users to understand workflows and pain points.
Collaborate across teams to build scalable processes and tools that enhance customer impact.
Requirements
5-10+ years of experience in Hardware Manufacturing.
Experience in Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Product Management.
Hands-on experience implementing or supporting complex systems such as MES, ERP, PLM, or similar.
Domain familiarity with aerospace, defense, energy, or hardware-intensive industries.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills.
Strong process design and analytical thinking; comfortable building tools for scalability.
Proven track record of building onboarding programs and adoption engines in engineering or manufacturing environments.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%.
