Manufacturing Systems Manager
About the role
At Stoke, we're building Nova, a fully reusable launch vehicle designed to reduce costs and increase availability in the space industry. This role involves leading integration efforts with Boltline, a key supplier, to support Stoke's business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of Stoke's business goals and translate them into actionable strategies for Boltline.
Serve as the primary liaison between Stoke and Boltline, advocating for both parties' needs and managing the vendor relationship.
Drive change management for Boltline's integrations and ensure smooth adoption among Stoke's operations, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in for Boltline's solutions.
Requirements
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Hardware Manufacturing, with a focus on Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Product Management.
Experience implementing or supporting complex systems like MES, ERP, PLM, or similar.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and executive audiences.
Strong process design and analytical thinking, with the ability to build scalable tools and processes.
Proven track record of building onboarding programs and adoption engines in engineering or manufacturing environments.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
Qualifications
Exceptional domain familiarity with aerospace, defense, energy, or hardware-intensive industries.
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with MES, ERP, PLM, or similar systems.
Ability to anticipate and mitigate resistance to change during Boltline rollouts and major releases.

Pay
Target Levels: Level 3 Range: $130,620 - $195,825
Level 4 Range: $163,275 - $244,860

Full-time position with occasional travel up to 30%.
