For our client, we are seeking a Manager Manufacturing Systems to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment. Location: Hayward, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $211,000 – $254,000 annually Responsibilities Translate corporate strategy into manufacturing systems concepts and deliverables Develop manufacturing and service systems strategies for company goals Collaborate with leaders to define support resources for manufacturing systems Represent manufacturing systems in cross-functional projects Ensure effective interaction between manufacturing systems and enterprise-level systems Manage the execution systems team to standardize manufacturing processes Support production operations at compnay facilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering 15+ years of experience in manufacturing systems Expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems and automation Proven experience in creating business and technical strategies Familiarity with SAP ME/Mii/PCo and industrial automation devices Benefits Paid time off including sick leave, vacation, and bereavement Unpaid time off options Comprehensive health insurance Long-term care and disability insurance Life insurance coverage Stock Appreciation Rights Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
