What You'll Do
- Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of Training Instructors supporting Semi production operations, including scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, and deliver timely feedback and performance reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, processes, and resources tailored to Semiproduction workflows, including "Train the Trainer" and DOJO-style learning sessions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery on production procedures, compliance standards, and workflow efficiency
- Partner with production leadership, operations teams, and the broader Semi org to identify training gaps, prioritize solutions, and align training strategy with organizational objectives
- Track and report on team performance metrics, training completion rates, and program impact to inform data-driven continuous improvement
- Collaborate with L&D leadership to ensure training programs are scalable, consistent, and continuously improving
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in training, education, operations, or a related field, with at least 4+ years in a people management or supervisory role
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in fast-paced, dynamic production or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, process standardization, and workflow optimization. Experience overseeing the design of engaging training content, including visual aids, interactive materials, and digital tools
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in high-pressure, rapidly changing environments
- Experience in training or development within production or operational environments strongly preferred. Familiarity with production analytics or data-driven process improvements is a plus
