About the role

Responsible for overseeing production operations and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. Manages teams to meet production targets and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Manage team performance and provide regular feedback to employees.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures and conduct regular inspections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.

Pay

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 annually.
