What You Will Be Doing

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Supervise daily production activities and maintain schedule adherence for assigned areas.
  • Achieve quality goals and PMT metrics, including zero defects, audit compliance, and cost-saving targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce overtime, drive energy savings, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain operator qualifications, special process authorizations, and PMT online training status.
  • Lead continuous-improvement efforts such as 6S audits, FOD prevention, and statistical process control.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Ability to drive results in accordance with schedule.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficient.
  • Ability to interface with customers on a professional level.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Supervisory experience managing production employees.
  • Production schedule proficiency, Production flow knowledge.

  • Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
