Manufacturing Supervisor
About the role
Join us as a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor and take ownership of end-to-end production execution. You'll lead teams, coordinate resources, and drive performance improvements that directly impact quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure consistent execution of quality and safety standards
- Set production priorities, allocate people and equipment, and resolve blockers through effective escalation
- Monitor KPIs, address deviations, and implement improvement actions to optimize throughput and costs
- Collaborate with maintenance, supply, and quality teams to stabilize workflows and enhance performance

Pay
The expected pay range for this U.S. based position is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
