Responsibilities

  • Coaching, mentoring, and holding employees accountable for results, supporting performance management, and leading by example
  • Supervising and coaching a diverse manufacturing team to achieve production goals
  • Leading the build process for precision surface processing tools and sub-assemblies
  • Managing multiple complex priorities and adjusting workflow to meet customer requirements
  • Ensuring ISO compliance and coordinating preventative maintenance, training, and calibrations
  • Providing written and verbal reports on production metrics and leading GEMBA walks
  • Working with Lean Practitioners to implement Lean Six Sigma techniques and maintain 5S workspace systems
  • Processing material transactions within SAP and assisting with part movements and inventory coordination

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma and a minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • At least two years of supervisory experience in an ISO or FDA regulated manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Experience manufacturing high precision products in a vacuum environment (preferred)
  • Skills in reading technical documents, schematics, mechanical and assembly drawings
  • Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and leading a skilled technical team
  • Effective communication, sound decision-making, and leadership abilities
  • SAP experience (required)
  • Experience with semiconductor equipment, inspection, or clean room (desirable)

Qualifications

Pay

$72,000-106,000/yr. + bonus potential based on skills and experience

Schedule

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
