Manufacturing Supervisor
Duties And Responsibilities
- Cook up work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to boost manufacturing productivity.
- Study, propose, and assist in implementing process improvements.
- Develop and mentor staff for career advancement.
- Coordinate work and schedules with other departments as necessary.
- Review and study all drawings for designated projects.
- Aid in preplan form setup and form changes.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Leadership Role, preferably in Manufacturing
- Experience in Union Environment preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Manufacturing or another related field preferred

About the role
The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees all aspects of Cost, Schedule, Safety, and Quality for a specific area within the operation. Utilizes leadership and organizational skills to deliver high-quality output and meet preset deadlines derived from project schedules, Superintendent direction, or self-determination. Receives general guidance on work priority with substantial latitude for independent decision-making.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing
Minimum 3 years experience in a Leadership Role, preferably in Manufacturing
