Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a dedicated team of operational personnel, ensuring all manufacturing activities meet strict cGMP standards.
• Maintain quality control, optimize production schedules, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, working closely with quality assurance and production teams to deliver exceptional products.

Requirements

• BS degree in sciences or engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing operations within a regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality control principles
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
• Detail-oriented and capable of working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in GMP manufacturing settings

Skills

• Nice-to-have: Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with SOP development and implementation
• Nice-to-have: Experience with audit preparation and regulatory inspections
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and high-tech manufacturing processes

Pay

Pay Rate Low: 70000 | Pay Rate High: 80000

Schedule

Ability to work onsite in Lake County, IL during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) with occasional evening or weekend shifts
