THE WORK
As the Production Supervisor, you will lead and direct a team of at least 15 hourly bargaining unit employees, overseeing their activities related to aircraft manufacturing and testing. You will be responsible for planning and directing department activities to meet production goals and quality standards, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your role will involve maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring the ongoing development and training of your team.

Must have experience leading personnel; prefer experience leading bargaining unit personnel.
Experience and demonstrated working knowledge of aircraft maintenance and flight line operations. Rotary wing experience highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally, in writing, and in group sessions as a member or leader.
Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement activities, including Lean Six Sigma.
