About the role
Responsible for managing gene expression analysis in a laboratory setting. Conduct experiments, analyze data, and report findings.
Responsibilities
- Perform RNA extraction and quality control tests
- Operate high-throughput sequencing machines
- Analyze gene expression data using bioinformatics tools
- Collaborate with scientists to design and execute experiments
- Document procedures and results in lab notebooks and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
- Experience with molecular biology techniques and bioinformatics tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of laboratory safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory experience
- Hands-on experience with next-generation sequencing technologies
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., R, Python)
