Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement electronics manufacturing process and test methods
- Create and update work instructions for manufacturing
- Capture and report out key manufacturing and quality metrics
- Work with and provide support across department teams
- Introduce new products into manufacturing environment
- Provide new employee training and sustaining training for existing employees
- Achieve compliance with QMS policies and procedures
- Maintain test equipment utilizing TPM processes
- Show a detailed understanding of Bill of Materials structures
Qualifications
- Associates degree and two years’ related experience and/or training in manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of test equipment
- Expertise in Microsoft office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Data mining skills
- Experience in ISO, IPC, and NQA-1 Policies and Procedures
- Experience with IPC J-STD-001
- Experience with IPC-7711/IPC-7721
- Experience with IPC-A610
