Manufacturing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement electronics manufacturing process and test methods
• Create and update work instructions for manufacturing
• Capture and report out key manufacturing and quality metrics
• Work with and provide support across department teams
• Introduce new products into manufacturing environment
• Provide new employee training and sustaining training for existing employees
• Achieve compliance with QMS policies and procedures
• Maintain test equipment utilizing TPM processes
• Show a detailed understanding of Bill of Materials structures

Qualifications

• Associates degree and two years’ related experience and/or training in manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of test equipment
• Expertise in Microsoft office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Data mining skills
• Experience in ISO, IPC, and NQA-1 Policies and Procedures
• Experience with IPC J-STD-001
• Experience with IPC-7711/IPC-7721
• Experience with IPC-A610
