About the role

We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Specialists to contribute their expertise to projects focused on advancing next-generation AI technologies. In this role, you will apply your knowledge of manufacturing processes, digital fabrication, and production workflows to help improve AI systems through high-quality, real-world insights. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with expertise in computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), CNC machining, and digital manufacturing technologies who are interested in supporting innovative AI initiatives. No prior AI experience is required—your technical expertise is what matters most.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert feedback on manufacturing processes, machining techniques, and production workflows, with an emphasis on CAM, CNC machining, and Autodesk Fusion 360.
  • Review, evaluate, and refine AI-generated content related to manufacturing operations, tooling, machining strategies, and digital fabrication.
  • Develop, validate, and improve structured evaluation rubrics to assess manufacturing process accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
  • Analyze manufacturing scenarios and recommend improvements based on industry standards and engineering principles.
  • Document findings and provide clear, detailed feedback to support AI model development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.
  • Complete assignments independently while maintaining high standards for quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering, CNC machining, CAM programming, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), CNC machining, machining strategies, and digital manufacturing workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Fusion 360 and other CAD/CAM software platforms.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, machining operations, and production optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear, structured technical feedback.
  • Experience developing, implementing, or using manufacturing process evaluation frameworks or quality assessment rubrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting AI, automation, or other technology-driven projects is a plus but not required.
