Manufacturing Quality Engineer

About the role

This role oversees the development, implementation, and management of a Manufacturing-focused Quality Program, emphasizing people, processes, and accountability. You will conduct vendor audits, analyze performance metrics, and drive vendor improvements to ensure operational readiness and on-time delivery of global campuses.

Responsibilities

• Mentor vendor teams and manage systemic quality issues to uphold standards.
• Establish cross-functional quality standards and provide leadership to internal and external teams.
• Develop and deliver training programs for quality initiatives and best practices.
• Coordinate quality initiatives and ensure compliance through regular audits and corrective actions.
• Review start-up schedules and participate in construction meetings.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and expertise in root cause analysis and quality tools.
• Experience with supplier performance management and industry certifications (preferred).
• Knowledge of data center systems (preferred).
