Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies and programs.
- Apply established quality standards to manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Monitor and report on quality activities, progress, metrics, and outcomes.
- Perform daily tracking and observation of in-process inspection activities.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection records.
- Assist with audits, corrective actions, and non-conforming material controls.
- Promote a culture of quality through training and awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Business Operations, Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing operations preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve quality issues efficiently and effectively.
