Manufacturing Production Worker

We are hiring immediately for Manufacturing Production Workers to join our growing team at Vitro Automotive Glass in Crestline, OH. • Shift differential for 2nd shift ($0.25), 3rd shift ($0.30), 12hr nights ($0.50)

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 rotation)
• Day Shift: 7am–7pm
• Night Shift: 7pm–7am

Responsibilities

• Inspecting & Packing
• Forklift Operator
• Machine Operator

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Repetitive use of hands with simple grasping and pushing/pulling up to 40 pounds
• Standing, walking, lifting, reaching above shoulders, bending, and twisting

Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour days, some holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Good attendance is required; candidates must demonstrate a history of good attendance and willingness to work overtime
• Pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and physicals required

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to work fast and efficiently and willing to work overtime
• Understanding of basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to effectively communicate
• 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred)
