Manufacturing Production Worker

All-Clad, a leader in superior cookware for home cooks and professional chefs, is hiring full-time Manufacturing Production Workers for our union labor force at our metal manufacturing plant in Canonsburg, PA. About the role

This is a rigorous, full-time union position involving physical labor, including lifting, manual handling of materials, and standing for up to 10 hours a day. Workers will operate machinery and equipment across various departments, with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clad: Condition and assemble metal sheets, feed them into a mill to bond, clip and inspect bonded sheets, and prepare for cutting into blanks.
• Forming: Operate hydraulic presses and hilite machines to form and condition cookware, inspecting for defects.
• Finishing: Polish cookware using rotary buffing machines, perform final dry hiliting, and place products into totes.
• Assembly: Fold cardboard boxes, rivet handles onto pots/pans, inspect and bag cookware, and pack/stack boxes onto skids.
• Lid Line: Operate presses to form lids, run COSMAP housing to sand rims, inspect/clean products, rivet handles, and package lids.
• In-Line: Use state-of-the-art equipment to form and hilite cookware interiors, feed pieces onto conveyors for exterior conditioning, and operate COSMAP housing for buffing/polishing.

Schedule

• Swing Shift: Alternates weekly between daylight (7:00 AM–3:00 PM) and afternoon (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) shifts, Monday–Friday.
• Overtime: Mandatory, scheduled as either five 10-hour days (50 hours) or six 8-hour days (48 hours, including Saturdays). Overtime hours are posted every Thursday for the following week. Afternoon shift workers receive a $0.30/hour differential.
• Must be available to work any given Saturday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of production labor experience in a factory, plant, or warehouse preferred; 3+ years of metal manufacturing experience using machinery/equipment highly preferred.
• Reliable commute to the Southpointe area of Canonsburg, PA (no public transit access).
• Must be available for mandatory overtime (48–50 hours/week, including Saturdays).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical fitness test, and criminal background check.

Pay

$20.00 per hour.
