Manufacturing Production Worker

About the Role

A leading manufacturer of nutritional bars and functional powder products is seeking Production Line Workers/Palletizers to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for long-term employment, plenty of overtime, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Package, sort, and inspect food products on the production line
• Palletize finished products according to company standards
• Prepare products for storage and shipment
• Maintain production quotas while ensuring quality standards are met
• Follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• Manufacturing, production, or packaging experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed
• Comfortable working around production machinery
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling
• Candidates should be comfortable working in an environment where these ingredients are present: Soy, Dairy, Flour/Wheat, Tree Nuts and Peanuts, Chocolate

Pay

$18 - $20 per hour depending on experience

Schedule

Rotating schedule, Monday through Sunday. Work 3-4 days per week. 12-hour shifts with overtime available. 1st Shift: 3:00 AM - 3:30 PM. 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:30 AM. Must be flexible to work weekends and rotating days as scheduled. Example Schedule: Work Monday, off Tuesday and Wednesday, work Thursday and Friday. The following week, your schedule rotates and you may work the days you previously had off.
