What You’ll Actually Do
- Set up, run, and monitor manufacturing machines
- Follow detailed processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Check materials and finished product to keep standards high
- Work closely with your team to hit daily goals
- Learn specialized processes used in high-security production
How The Hiring Process Works
You’ll start through one of our staffing partners while completing a required security clearance
Once cleared, trained, and meeting expectations, you’ll be eligible to convert to a permanent Crane employee (typically within 90 days)
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to pass a government background investigation (Position of Public Trust Clearance)

About the Role
At Crane Currency in Nashua, we manufacture the advanced security features used in U.S. currency and banknotes around the world. There’s a good chance you’ve handled our product without realizing it!
Pay & Schedule
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $21.85/hr
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $22.80/hr
Monday–Friday (consistent schedule)
Qualifications
- Reliable and shows up ready to work
- Comfortable in a hands-on or manufacturing environment
- Mechanically inclined (even from hobbies or previous jobs)
