Manufacturing & Production - General Assembly

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday–Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm, Monday–Friday (Shift premium paid for 2nd Shift)
• Occasional mandatory overtime

About the role

Perform general assembly in a fast-paced, climate-controlled manufacturing environment at CaptiveAire’s West Union, IA facility.

Responsibilities

• Work according to established safety and quality standards and procedures
• Contribute effectively as a team member in a positive workplace
• Produce neat, orderly, and repeatable finished work
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work space

Requirements

• Ability to use various hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Basic mathematical skills
• Proficient in English
• Safety-sensitive position
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required

• High school diploma or equivalent required
