About the role

CaptiveAire is the nation's leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen ventilation systems. We provide a complete solution including fans, heaters, duct work, and HVAC equipment. Founded over 40 years ago, we have a network of over 90 sales offices in the U.S. and Canada, and six manufacturing plants in North Carolina, Iowa, Oklahoma, California, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

Responsibilities

• Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures
• Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace
• Ensure finished work is neat, orderly, and repeatable
• Ensure work space is clean, safe, and in working order

Job Requirements

• Ability to use various hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Stand for long periods of time
• Basic mathematical skills
• Proficient in English
• Safety-sensitive position

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay

Competitive Wages based on experience
Monthly bonus based on performance and productivity

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11pm Monday - Friday (Shift Premium Paid for 2nd Shift)
• Occasional mandatory overtime
