About the role

CaptiveAire is the nation’s leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen ventilation systems, providing a complete solution of fans, heaters, duct work, and HVAC equipment. We maintain a network of over 90 sales offices in the U.S. and Canada and six strategically located manufacturing plants. We are currently hiring Manufacturing & Production Technicians to perform general assembly in our Youngsville, NC Manufacturing Facility.

Schedule

• 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
• Some overtime required

Responsibilities

• Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures
• Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace
• Finished work is expected to be neat, orderly, and repeatable
• Ensuring work space is clean, safe, and in working order

Job Requirements

• Positive energy is required
• Able to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills
• Proficient with hand tools
• Physical stamina and strength
• Proficiency in English
• HVAC System knowledge is a plus but not required

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay

• $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience
• Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits
