Manufacturing Production Associate 2 - Rimfire- Level 2 - 10hr Evenshiftt

About the role

Tends to one or more machines or processes as directed. Ensures machines are operating properly and calls technician or leadership if required. Performs quality assurance checks as policy/procedures direct. Transports raw material, semi-finished goods and finished goods as required to ensure efficient process flow. Follows oral and written instructions, wears protective equipment where and when directed and obeys all plant and safety rules and regulations. Supports the facility's mission, safety and ISO goals and directives and is an active participant of the Remington Team.

Responsibilities

• Attends shift, department and plant meetings in a timely manner
• Maintains process integrity with proper documentation and observance of process records
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• May handle hazardous waste, including labeling, inspecting, storing, and transferring
• Troubleshoots minor issues, and performs detect checks on machines
• Follows oral and written instructions
• Assists engineers as needed to include troubleshooting products and processes
• Supports Operators and Technicians with training to ensure process integrity and that 'best practices' are being utilized

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervision
• Read and comprehend process instructions
• Record pertinent process information as required

Pay

Hourly Rate: $21.26 - $23.31

Schedule

Overtime, including working extended shift hours and/or during scheduled days off, may be required.
