Manufacturing Associate 2 - Monday - Friday , 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
About the role
You perform hands-on assembly and fabrication of prototypes, engineering builds, and clinical builds that often deviate from standard manufacturing processes. You interpret and execute complex, non-standard work instructions, technical drawings, and build documentation with high accuracy. You collaborate with R&D engineers and operations support teams to support product development, process refinement, and design iterations. You document build activities, deviations, and observations clearly to support traceability and feedback loops. You operate lab-scale and pilot production equipment safely and effectively. You conduct in-process inspections and functional tests to validate prototype performance. You support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for new processes and materials. You maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace aligned with safety and quality standards. You perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support evolving R&D priorities.

Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of core job functions, along with a developing understanding of more detailed aspects of the role.
- Utilize knowledge of company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities to complete semi-routine tasks effectively.
- Follow established processes for routine assignments and seek guidance when handling new or unfamiliar tasks.
