About the role
Join Xerox as a Process Development Engineer and help shape the future of industrial inkjet technology. As part of the Printhead Manufacturing team, you will develop and optimize manufacturing processes that support next-generation printhead products for Xerox and OEM customers. What You Will Do
- Develop, optimize, and support manufacturing processes for industrial printhead products
- Research and implement new technologies that enable future product development
- Investigate yield, reliability, and performance challenges and implement process improvements
- Apply continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and design for manufacturability principles to enhance quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product performance, cost, and project objectives
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of process development and optimization
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges
- Knowledge of process capability, Gage R&R, statistical analysis, and applied problem-solving methodologies
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and within project teams
