About the Role
Serve as a Process Engineer focused on assembly process development, sequencing, and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop balanced manufacturing processes using M.O.S.T.
- Apply lean techniques and identify waste reduction opportunities
- Conduct data audits
- Support new model launches
- Estimate time standards
- Study workflows
- Lead cross-functional improvement meetings
- Gather floor feedback
- Implement ergonomic measures
- Plan projects and support department initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of process data analysis, assembly techniques, quality systems, and project development
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
