- Locate and review Design Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (DFMEAs) in the internal repository and extract severity ratings and failure effects for use in PFMEAs.
- Work closely with failure mode avoidance (FMA) experts to identify, address, and correct PFMEA audit discrepancies and ensure alignment with internal standards.
- Evaluate existing manufacturing controls to determine whether PFMEA detection methods can be improved and recommend enhancements where appropriate.
- Upload deviation proof and related documentation into required systems such as Jira and E2KS and ensure PFMEAs are updated to the latest standard.
- Obtain supervisor approval and signatures on completed or revised PFMEAs and upload final versions to the FEDE workbench.
- Use tools such as Teamcenter and GSPAS to support process engineering activities and maintain accurate process documentation.
