Manufacturing Plant Controller

Role: Plant Controller responsible for leading the finance functions of a Chemicals plant within the Finance department. Key Responsibilities Oversee cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and plant financial reporting.Partner with operations to enhance profitability and efficiency.Manage standard costs, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and capital project tracking.Ensure internal controls and compliance are maintained.Collaborate cross-functionally and provide decision support.Contribute to continuous improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Qualifications & Skills Strong financial acumen with experience in cost management, budgeting, and reporting.Ability to analyze variances and manage inventory valuation.Experience in capital project tracking and ensuring compliance.Excellent collaborative and communication skills.Adaptability to a dynamic manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
