Plant Controller responsible for leading finance functions within a chemicals manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and plant financial reporting.
• Partner with operations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage standard costs, perform variance analysis, and oversee inventory valuation.
• Track capital projects and ensure strong internal controls and compliance.
• Provide decision support and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

• Solid understanding of cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate financial insights effectively.
• Experience with inventory management, variance analysis, and capital project tracking.
• Strong internal control knowledge and compliance standards.
